Shipping & Returns
We ship to any address in the Australia with Australia Post.
Shipping is free for all orders over $100.00, if your order is less than $100.00 you will be charged $9.95.
When you place an order, we will dispatch your order within 2 business days of it being placed and it may take between 2-9 working days to reach you depending on where you are located.
If you need to return an item, please click here and fill out the form or email us with your order number, what you need to return and and why you would like to return it. We will respond with instructions on how to return the item/s from your order. You must contact us prior to returning any goods to obtain approval or your request may be rejected.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however you can chose between a refund or an exchange if an item is faulty.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In certain situations a refund will not be granted. If the item has been damaged or misused, a refund will not be granted. Any item not in its original condition will not be granted a refund. In the case where an item has missing parts not due to our error, a refund will not be granted.
In the case of a faulty item, please contact us here. We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged upon arrival. We will not replace an item if it has been misused.
